Vapid Lacquer Birthday Bitch: Swatch and Review

*Purchased by Me*

Hey, hey, hey! It's Thursday, which means that it's almost Friday! Woo-hoo!! Today, I have a polish from Vapid Lacquer to show you-- Birthday Bitch!

Birthday Bitch had been released by Krys of Vapid Lacquer in the past, and she released a 2.0 version very recently, due to popular demand. I have been drooling over swatches and manis using it, but never actually purchased it. Well, that changed a few weeks ago! I finally picked up a bottle, and let me tell you: It is gorgeous!

Birthday Bitch is a robin's egg blue crelly base, packed with unltrachrome chameleon flakies that flash copper, blue, and purple. Application was pretty easy: The first coat was a bit thin (which is normal with crellies), but I was able to get it to build up to full opacity in three thin coats. Dry time between coats was about 2-3 minutes, and it dried shiny. Shown are three coats, plus top coat!

I was so distracted all day, looking at the shift in these flakies! I love a good color shift, and this baby fit the bill to a tee!

Have you ever had a polish that you drooled over, didn't purchase, and then caved and wound up loving it? Let me know below!
